The Fee quoted is for provision of standard corporate Directors for a simple investment company. For more complex companies the fees charged will be subject to negotiation.

STATUTORY FEES

Amounts due by a company in respect of government fees and taxes (where appropriate) and any non-Jersey registered agent's fee payable during the calendar year will be billed as they arise.

ADMINISTRATION FEES

All time spent on the administration of trusts and companies, including book-keeping and accounts preparation, will be charged at variable charge-out rates. The rate of charge will be determined by the complexity of the work involved.

A separate charge will be made for the work involved in the transfer of administration from/to another organisation and the liquidation/termination of a case subject to a minimum of £1,500.

ACCOUNTS FEES

Accounts are produced annually for all entities under administration and charged on a similar basis to variable fees, subject to a minimum of £500, billed on completion of accounts each year.
